1.ORDER CANCELLATION :The customer has the right cancel their order free of charge, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation may be made by sending an email to  tsalisgrigoris@gmail.com, or by telephone at+ 30 6978779297, stating the order number.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL : In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any justification. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the business in writing via email at tsalisgrigoris@gmail.com , clearly stating their intention to withdraw.

3. CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS : For a return to be accepted ,the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original good condition .
  • The product must not have been used or damaged.
  • The product must be accompanied by its original packaging and all accessories , without any alterations.
  • The product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the business or a defective product.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL : Product returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products whose packaging has been altered or opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been used or damaged.

5. REFUNDS : Refunds may be processed within fourteen (14) days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the event that a defective or incorrect product is received, please contact the business within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of the product.In this case, the costs of return and re-shipping shall be covered by the business.
